Privacy policy

This policy explains what oxnardadubuilders.com collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you submit a form we receive the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, location and project description. When you call, our phone provider may record the call and the number you called from for quality and tracking purposes. Like most websites, we may also collect basic, non-identifying analytics such as pages viewed.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request and to pass it to an independent local contractor who can help with your project. We do not sell your information.

Contractors and your own due diligence

Oxnard ADU Builders is a referral service. We only pass requests to contractors who confirm to us that they hold an active California contractor's license, a contractor's bond and general liability insurance, and where we display "licensed, bonded & insured" it refers to that requirement.

We do not guarantee any contractor's work, and the license, bond and insurance status of any business can change. Before you hire or pay anyone, you are responsible for your own due diligence: look up the license at cslb.ca.gov, ask for current certificates of general liability insurance and workers' compensation, check references and recent projects, get a written contract, and never pay more up front than California law allows for home improvement contracts.
